320g pack ready-rolled puff pastry sheet
125g (4oz) Camembert cheese
100g (31/2oz) Ocean Spray® Wholeberry Cranberry Sauce
1 thyme sprig, leaves picked
1 large egg, beaten
Poppy seeds, to garnish
Line two baking trays with baking parchment. Unroll puff pastry and cut into 3cm squares. Brush pastry squares with a little beaten egg. Put pastry squares on the prepared baking sheets, spacing well apart. Chill for 30min.
In the meantime, preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) mark 6. Cook in the oven for 10min or until golden and puffed.
Slice camembert into equal-sized chunks, then put one in the centre of each pastry square. Top with a spoonful of sauce and return to oven until the cheese has melted.
Garnish with a sprinkling of poppy seeds and a few thyme leaves.
Serve warm or at room temperature with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
