"Grow-How" competition terms & conditions
For each competition only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize includes a cranberry plant (‘Red Star’ variety), “grow-how” guide on how to cultivate your own cranberries at home, and a money-off voucher for Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic and Cranberry Classic Light Juice Drinks.
The draw excludes employees of Ocean Spray International Services Limited and their families, representatives and agents.
Entries must be received by midnight on the 28th of May 2010. Ocean Spray International Services Limited is not responsible for lost, illegible or misdirected entries. The judge’s decision shall be final.
The winner will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to the email within 14 days of sending, a new winner will be drawn.
Only entries completed on the oceanspray.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition.
The prize details are subject to change and the competition may be withdrawn at any time.

Blue Chip Vacations Terms & Conditions
For each competition only one entry per person is permitted.
The prize is for a three night short-break prize at 12 Ocean Point,
valid until Thursday, March 31, 2011.
The prize is subject
to availability and is non-transferable. No cash alternative will be
given.
This offer excludes arrivals at Easter, the May and
October half-term weeks, Christmas, New Year, and any week between 26
June and 04 September.
Travel is not included as part of the competition; this is the responsibility of the winner. The winner is responsible for his or her own travel insurance.

Reebok iRun Treadmill Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Ocean Spray, Reebok, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. One entry per person, per Race for Life event. Ocean Spray and Reebok accept no responsibility for entries that are illegible, damaged or lost during the entry process.
3. To enter: Complete an entry form with all necessary information and post into entry box by the end of the participating Race for Life event. Entries will be accepted on day of participating Race for Life event only. No entries received by post or otherwise will be accepted.
4. There is one prize available of a Reebok iRun treadmill worth £699.00 at each selected Race for Life event. For a full list of Race for Life events at which the prize draw is available see below.
5. There are no cash alternatives in whole or in part to the stated prizes and, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
6. The prize is not available in conjunction with any other offer.
7. Each winner will be selected in a random draw and publicly witnessed from all valid entries received within two hours of the end of each participating Race for Life event.
8. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of each draw via either telephone or email. In the event that a winner has not responded within 28 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected at the same time as the original.
9. For a list of winners’ names and counties send a SAE to Ocean Spray Treadmill Prize Draw Winners, Toucan, 25 Northcote Road, London, SW11 1NJ after September 1st 2011. Information will be available for a minimum of three months.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available.
11. By entering, winners agree that if they win they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies and accepts that any involvement in such activities is unpaid.
12. By entering the promotion entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. To the fullest extent allowed by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, injury or death sustained as a result of promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize.
14. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
15. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.
