All references to Recommended Daily Allowances and other labeling issues conform to European Food Law. Requirements in other countries may vary. The use of this website is governed by English law and you and Ocean Spray irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Win Bouquets every day promotion terms & conditions
1. The Promotion is open to UK, IoM and CI residents only aged 18 or over only, with the exception of employees and their immediate families of Ocean Spray, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. To enter, you will need the special flower code found on your pack of Ocean Spray. You can enter online or via text. To enter online visit www.oceanspray.co.uk and enter your code where prompted. To enter via text message, text OCEAN and your code to 84433 (UK only). Each code is limited to a maximum of one entry per day. Maximum of 4 entries per person per day.
3. CI & IOM residents online entry only.
4. There are 50 Ocean Spray harvest flower bouquets available to be won each day from 01/10/12 until 31/10/12 inclusive. A further 50 Ocean Spray harvest bouquets are available to be won in each of the late draws, for entries received after 31/10/12 and 31/08/13.
5. Winners will be awarded one free Ocean Spray harvest bouquet valued at £25 to be delivered free of charge to the UK, CI or IoM address of their choice. The precise composition of the bouquet may vary. The prize will be awarded as a Unique Code valid for a free Ocean Spray bouquet redeemable on the official Cancer Research online shop at http://giftshop.cancerresearchuk.org/.
6. Daily prize draws open 01/10/12 until midnight on 31/10/12 and winners will be drawn on the next working day.
7. Two final grand finale prize draws will close on 30/11/12 and 31/08/13. Each draw will take place within 7 working days. Entries received before 01/10/12 or after the closing date 31/10/12 will be entered into the next available draw. All entries must be received by 31/08/13.
8. For each daily prize draw, fifty winners will be selected at random and independently verified from all valid entries received throughout the day up until midnight. Max one prize per person.
9. For each grand finale prize draw, fifty winners will be selected at random and independently verified from all valid entries received up until each closing date.
10. Winners will be contacted via email or text with the details used to submit their entry within one working day after the date of the prize draw.
11. In the event of an entrant's email or mobile phone number changing and/or the mobile phone being lost, stolen or damaged, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email, mobile and/or contact number.
12. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any messages or entries that are lost or delayed, or which are unable to be sent due to lack of network coverage, operator or network error, computer hardware or software error or for any other reason beyond its control.
13. Texts received by Ocean Spray will be charged at the standard operator rate, which will vary depending on the entrant's mobile network provider. Valid entries will receive an acknowledgement receipt of entry from Ocean Spray, sent to the same mobile phone from which the entry was submitted. Please check with the relevant mobile network provider what standard network charge will apply.
14. Text entries received after midnight on 31/08/13 will not be valid but may still be charged at the usual network rate. Ocean Spray accepts no liability for any SMS entry charges incurred regardless of whether the entry is received before the closing time. SMS entrants will receive a SMS confirmation text message of their entry.
15. Purchase necessary. Flower codes can only be obtained on special promotional packs of Ocean Spray. Whilst stocks last. On 1 litre ambient cartons of Ocean Spray the special code can be found on the inside of the label attached to the front of the pack. On 4 x 1 litre ambient cartons, four special codes can be found on the inside of the label attached to the front of the pack. 1 litre chilled Grower's Reserve Ocean Spray cartons do not feature a label and are not part of the promotion.
16. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries. No entrant can use their computer to enable multiple entries, (e.g. by the use of 'script' or 'brute force'). In this event that person's entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions or anyone who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. The Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of codes in the event that fraud is suspected. In this event the Promoter will disqualify all entries made by that person.
18. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other prize alternatives are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
19. The Promoter's decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. To support this offer, Ocean Spray will donate £50,000 to Cancer Research UK. An additional donation of approximately £6,800, (representing 20% of the value of each bouquet) will be donated to Cancer Research UK.
21. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter and accept that any such involvement is unpaid.
22. For Ocean Spray bouquet prize-winners' names and county details, please go online to www.oceanspray.co.uk where the information will be displayed after 31/10/12 for a period of 3 months. Grand finale winners will be displayed after 31/08/13 for a period of 3 months.
23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage to Participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Promotion or downloading materials from or use of the Ocean Spray website.
24. To the fullest extent allowed by law the Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or injury as a result of promotional participation or the acceptance of a prize.
25. Any question regarding the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
26. By entering this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.

8. The purchase value will be determined by the value shown on your till receipt up to a maximum value of £2.30.
