Nad's pampering package competition terms & conditions
For each competition only one entry per person is permitted.The prize from Nad’s includes a Babyliss Bath Spa, and Nad’s Essential Kit which includes Nad’s Xfol Follicle Release Scrub, Nad’s Natural Hair Removal Gel, Nad’s Depileze Soothing Body Balm and Nad’s Ingrow Solution.
The draw excludes employees of Nad’s, Ocean Spray International Services Limited and their families, representatives and agents.
Entries must be received by midnight on the 15th of February 2010. Ocean Spray International Services Limited is not responsible for lost, illegible or misdirected entries. The judge’s decision shall be final.
The winner will be informed by email within 15 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond to the email within 14 days of sending, a new winner will be drawn.
Only entries completed on the oceanspray.co.uk website entry form will be valid to enter the competition.
The prize details are subject to change and the competition may be withdrawn at any time.
The prize is as stated and is not transferable or negotiable. No cash or credit terms will be offered.
Upon request, the winner’s name and county should be made available.
Ocean Spray and Nad’s reserve the right to publicise the winner of the prize including the winner’s name and county.
By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the conditions.

Prize
Five winners will be selected at random from all entries that have provided their full contact details. The winners will each receive a fabulous Ocean Spray Hamper. The details of what the hamper are subject to availability. There are five hampers to give away.
No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part, except as provided for in these terms and conditions. The hampers and their contents cannot be exchanged in part or whole for cash and is not transferable.
We reserve the right to substitute a prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within a reasonable time frame, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
Entering and winning
This competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over except employees (and their families) of Ocean Spray and any affiliates, subsidiary companies, and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the competition/promotion. The prize promotion closing date is midnight on 24/01/2010. We will not accept any entries after this date.
Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for entries that the promoter does not receive.
The winners will be drawn at random on 03/02/2010 and the winners will be notified by email within seven working days. If selected as a winner, we will contact you by using the contact details supplied by you when entering the competition.
The decision on the selection of the prize winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition.
The prizes will be delivered to the postal address provided by the entrant. Ocean Spray take no responsibility for the transit of the prizes.
Data Collection
The contact details of the competition entrants will be collected as part of the competitions terms and conditions. These personal details, and all other data collected, will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will be used solely by Ocean Spray for contacting the winner of the competition and communicating with individuals for marketing purposes.
By providing their personal contact details and entering the competition they agree to be contacted by Ocean Spray for marketing purposes.

By ticking the box indicating that you’re happy to be contacted by Ocean Spray to take part in further market research you are agreeing to receive communications from Ocean Spray using the details you’ve provided and by the method you have indicated.
VisitScotland Competition
Terms and Conditions
1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Ocean Spray, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part & to be awarded prize.
4. Draw closes 12.03.10
5. No purchase necessary.
6. To enter simply log on to www.visitscotland.com/whiteoceanspray and register your details.
7. All entries received will be entered into a prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for two people for 2-nights staying at the 4-star Dalhousie Castle & Spa, including dinner for 2 in The Orangery restaurant on one evening, dinner for 2 in The Dungeon Restaurant and 1 x 1 hour spa treatment per person in the Aqueous Spa valid until 27.07.10.
8. Prize also includes £150 spending money and £100 maximum travel allowance. Travel allowance will be paid once the prizewinner provides full receipts. Amount payable will be at the Promoter’s discretion and will be to a maximum of £100 in total.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance or any additional expenses and must be taken by 27.07.10.
10. All elements of prize package are subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
11. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternative prize is available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
12. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 31.03.10 and notified in writing within 28 days of the draw closing date. Confirmation on redemption of the prize must be received from the prizewinner within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by an independent party. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
14. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
