Preparation Time: 30 mins plus approx 10 hours freezing
Keep cool with this refreshing summer sorbet.
Pour the Ocean Spray blueberry juice drink into a saucepan and add the sugar. Heat until all the sugar has dissolved. Cool the syrup over iced water until cold. Add the orange and lime juice.
Pour the sorbet into a pre-chilled electric ice-cream maker and churn for 10 minutes. Then pour in the fork-whisked egg whites. Continue to churn for a further 20 minutes or until firm and dense. Scoop into a freezer-proof container and freeze for at least 2 hours.
If you do not have an ice cream maker pour the sorbet mixture into a freezer proof container and freeze for an hour. Add the egg white and whisk with a fork. Return to the freezer, beating the mixture with a fork every hour so to break up any large ice crystals.
Serve with a handful of fresh blueberries.
