Florette® Cheshire Cheese Salad with Craisins®
Serves: 4
Crumbly cheese, crisp leaves and fruity Craisins with fresh strawberries make a sparkling summer lunch.
Ingredients
For the salad

Florette Mixed Salad,
-
40g Craisins sweetened dried cranberries,
-
200g fresh strawberries,
-
150g Cheshire cheese,
-
40g toasted, chopped hazelnuts.
For the dressing
-
2 tbsp light olive oil
-
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
-
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar,
-
½ tsp sugar
Preparation & Cooking
-
Distribute the salad leaves between four plates.

Slice the strawberries into thin slices and scatter over the salads along with the Craisins® sweetened dried cranberries.

Crumble the Cheshire cheese over the salads.

Whisk together the dressing ingredients and drizzle over.

Scatter over the toasted nuts
