Cranberry Chicken Puff

These sumptuous little parcels are the perfect treat. Why not try them as a starter or even a sneaky snack at work.
Ingredients

1 x 190g jar of Ocean Spray Smooth Cranberry Sauce

1 cooked boneless chicken breast, finely chopped

1 slice of cooked ham, finely chopped

2 spring onions, trimmed and finely chopped

3 tbsp sweetcorn kernels
-
50g/2oz grated Gruyere cheese

6 sheets of filo pastry

50g/2oz butter, melted
-
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation & Cooking

In a bowl, mix together the chicken, ham, spring onions, sweetcorn and Gruyere cheese.

Cut one sheet of filo pastry in half lengthways and brush with melted butter.

Spoon a little of the chicken mixture at the end of one strip of pastry and top with a teaspoonful of Ocean Spray Smooth Cranberry Sauce.

Fold the corner of the filo over the filling to make a triangle, then continue folding all the way up the pastry strip.

Repeat with the rest of the filo and the filling to make 12 parcels.

Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas mark 6.

Place the filo parcels on a greased baking sheet and brush with the remaining butter.

Sprinkle with the sesame seeds and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
