Seared chicken burgers with a hint a cumin and a tangy relish of Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce.
For the relish:
1 red onion, finely sliced
2tbsp Ocean Spray cranberry sauce
1-2tbsp red wine vinegar
2tbsp chopped parsley

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, peeled and finely diced
450g chicken mince
2tbsp Ocean Spray Cranberry sauce
1tbsp cumin seeds
50g white breadcrumbs
2tbsp tomato puree
Sea salt and black pepper

To serve:
4 bagels, Salad leaves and Chunky roast chips.
Serve with oven cooked chunky chips and some more cranberry relish.
Top tip - if you're looking for an even healthier serve, use wholemeal bagels,
or swap out the chips for other roasted vegetables or a winter salad instead.

- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the onions. Fry for a few minutes until they have softened.
- Transfer to a bowl and add the chicken mince, Ocean Spray Cranberry sauce, cumin seeds, breadcrumbs and puree.Season well and mix together.
- Divide into four and shape into burgers. Chill for a few minutes.
- Heat a ridged griddle pan and cook the burgers for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Make the relish: Mix together the Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce, onion, red wine vinegar and parsley.
- Split and toast the bagels and top with salad leaves, the burgers and some relish.
Serve with oven cooked chunky chips and some more cranberry relish.
