You might be extra keen to work on some changes, as it's the beginning of not only a new year, but a new decade! We’ve got some top lifestyle tips to help you get started.
Fitness
It's a gym manager's favourite time of year, but here are some tips to help you stay on track with your resolutions even if you're not at the gym.
- Exercise with a partner, two or three times per week, walk, jog, skate, cycle, etc.
- Sign up for some personal training sessions to start the New Year
- Use the stairs instead of lifts or park at the far end of the car park if possible.
- Breathe. Take full abdominal breaths several times during the day.
Nutrition
Making a few changes to your diet can make all the difference towards healthier eating.
- Write a simple nutrition resolution to which you can commit. Why not try to drink 250ml of Cranberry Classic a day, as a step towards keeping harmful bacteria at bay.
- Put distractions such as newspapers, books, and mobile phones aside and take time to eat.
- Try not to eat late at night, leaving a minimum of two hours before sleeping.

- Control your schedule and make time for reflection and relaxation
