Cava Lamp

Whether you're single or taken, this is a perfect new cocktail to serve up at your Valentine’s Day celebration. A match made in heaven, enjoy the crisp taste of Cava with juicy Ocean Spray Craisins to create a classy cocktail that will also keep you entertained! We call it a ‘Cava Lamp’ because the Craisins will bob up and down in the Cava like a Lava Lamp.

What you need:

For a group of friends

  • 75cl Cava
  • 170g pack of Craisins

Just for two

  • 2 x 20cl Cava
  • 40 g pack of craisins

Make it:

  1. Pour some ice cold Cava into a champagne glass
  2. Sprinkle a few Craisins into the glass
  3. Wait a few seconds (if you can!) and watch the Craisins ‘dance’ in the bubbly cava
  4. Sip and enjoy (responsibly)
