Blueberry Fruit Facts
Ok, we admit it. The cranberry isn’t the only amazing little berry out there. We think blueberries are pretty special too. - Native Americans once called blueberries "star berries", because the five points of blueberry blossoms make a star shape.
- Early American colonists made grey paint by boiling blueberries in milk.
- July is national blueberry month in America because that is the peak of the harvest season.
