4 cups marshmallows
1 cup roasted almonds
1 cup roasted salted peanuts
3/4 cup pistachio kernels
1 cup raisins
1 and ½ cups of Ocean Spray® Fibre Boost Original Dried Cranberries
1 pound milk chocolate, roughly chopped
10 ounces dark chocolate, roughly chopped

DIRECTIONS

Mix the marshmallows, almonds, peanuts, pistachios, raisins and Fibre Boost Original Dried Cranberries together in a large mixing bowl.

Melt the milk and dark chocolate together and then pour over the fruit and nut mix. Stir well to combine.

Pour mixture into a paper lined tray and then place in fridge for 2-3 hours to set.

Cut into bite sized pieces and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
