Cranberry & Peach Sour

Ingredients
3 parts (150ml) Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic / No Added Sugar
2 parts (100ml) Lime Juice
1 part (50ml) Peach Schnapps
1 egg white (or 2 Tablespoons of aquafaba if you don™t want to use egg)
Handful of Ice

1 Whole Lime
Steps
To make your garnishes, peel two pieces of lime, approximately 6cm in length. Trim to approximately 2mm in width. Twist around a chopstick to form a ringlet shape and set aside, leaving them loosely around the stick.
To make the cocktail, put all liquid ingredients and the egg white (or aquafaba) into the shaker, Fix the lid of the shaker tightly on and shake for 15 seconds. (Shaking without ice allows the egg white / aquafaba to form a frothy texture within the drink.)
Add the ice to the shaker, replace the lid and shake again for 20 seconds (or until your hands can feel the cold). Strain into the glasses and grate some lime zest over the top. Add the lime ringlets to the rim of the glasses and serve.
