Ocean Sangria

Ocean Sangria
  • Serving Size

    Serves 2

Ingredients

4 parts (300ml) Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic / No Added Sugar

4 parts (300ml) Clementine Juice (Can be bought in cartons)

4 parts (300ml) Red Wine (A light fruity wine like Pinot Noir works well)

1 part (75ml) Triple Sec (I used Cointreau)

3 Large Handfuls of Ice

To Garnish

Handful of Strawberries

1 Clementine

2 Sprigs of Basil

Steps

Slice the clementine and strawberries and put in the jug. Add a large handful of ice and mix the ice and fruit together. Add all liquid ingredients into the jug and stir gently.

Put a handful of ice into the glasses and pour in the sangria ensuring that each glass gets some fruit.

Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint, add a recyclable / reusable straw if desired and serve.
