Tropical Spritz Mocktail

To make the garnishes, cut the passion fruit in half and put a sprig of mint in each half, using the passion fruit flesh to make the mint stand proud. They will look like little passion fruit boats!

Put a large handful of ice in the jug and add the juices and puree. Stir gently and then add the sparkling water. Stir gently again.

Put a large handful of ice in both glasses and gently pour in the mocktail.

Float the passion fruit boats on top of the drinks, add a recyclable / reusable straw if desired and serve.
